During the Post Meridian hours of 31 st August 2026, at about 2:00 pm, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT organised the SHRADDHANJALI KARYAKRAM of Mann Shri A. BALAKRISHNAN JI, a dedicated Jeevanvrati Karyakarta (life-worker), and the All India President of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari with profound grief and dedication. The objective of the karyakram was to pay homage & to seek eternal peace to the great social activist, leader and life worker of VIVEKANANDA KENDRA .
In a serene atmosphere, the programme commenced with three Omkaras and Shanti Path. A brief introduction about the Life sketch of Mann A BALAKRISHNAN JI was given by one of our senior teachers, Shri PRASANTA BEPARI.
Followed by the introduction, Verses of 15th Chapter from Bhagavat Gita were Chanted collectively by the teachers as a Spritual Tribute to the great soul.
Vice Chairman of School Management Committee, Shri S. N. APPA RAO delivered a Shraddhanjali Speech based on the life of Mann SHRI A BALAKRISHNAN JI.
Followed by the speech , SMC & PTA Members along with teachers and students,paid a floral tributes , as a mark of remembrance under the holy feet of the great soul. During the tributes, teachers Chanted *SRI RAM JAYA RAM, JAYA JAYA RAM OM* 11 times.
The programme came to a conclusion at about 2:30 pm with Shanti Mantra.
Collectively 175 people including SMC & PTA Members, Students, Teachers took part in the SHRADDHANJALI KARYAKRAM.
