ARISE!AWAKE! AN EXHIBITION ON SWAMI VIVEKANANDA -2023

 

On 23rd November, 2023, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya organized the"ARISE!AWAKE!AN EXHIBITION ON SWAMI VIVEKANANDA" &ARTS, MATHS ,SCIENCE & CRAFT EXHIBITION( UDAAN )  to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mann Eknath Ranadeji, the founder of Vivekananda Kendra Kanya Kumari & Vivekananda  Rock Memorial. The event was inaugurated by the esteemed Guest of Honor, Amarjit Singh Saini, and the Chief Guest, Dheeraj Kumar Singh, DEO, Rangat. Students, divided by shifts, presented an array of exhibits in six rooms.
                                                     
                                                    The exhibition featured diverse projects, including models
demonstrating the Rotation of the Earth, Chandrayaan-3, Suriyayaann, Math Problem-Solving Puzzles, an eco-friendly and modern village model, matchstick puzzles, wireless power transmission, hydrogen peroxide, and rainwater harvesting.

                                                In addition to the scientific displays, language-themed rooms showcased Models and Cutouts, such as Alphabet Fall, Idiom Fish, a Snowman displaying articles, nouns and their types, a turtle featuring opposite words, watermelon cutouts illustrating phrases, and charts of synonyms and antonyms. The craft room was  decorated by various handmade things made by the students.

To provide insight into school-driven activities, the last room featu
red a projector presentation. Parents from all classes enthusiastically attended the exhibition, enjoying the diverse displays alongside their families. The exhibition concluded at 3:00 pm, marking a successful and engaging event for students, parents, and the entire school community.

SADHANA DIWAS CELEBRATION - 2023

 Eknath Ramakrishna Ranade (19 November 1914 – 22 August 1982) was a social activist and leader that led the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

Having joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) while he was still in the school, he went on to become an organiser and leader for the organisation, rising through its ranks to serve as its general secretary from 1956 to 1962.

Ranade was greatly influenced by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, and compiled a book of Vivekananda's writings.

During the 1963–72 period, Ranade played an instrumental role in the construction of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Vivekananda Kendra at Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.

Sadhna Diwas was observed at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Rangat on 20th  Nov. 2023, to commemorate  Mananeeya  Eknath Ranade .

Portrait of Man. Eknath Ranade was beautifully decorated with flowers. The lamp was lit and kept. Our  Principal paid tribute by offering flowers to the portrait of Mananeeya Eknathji. A group of students sang the song 'Hum Anuyagi Eknath Ke' to honor Eknathji. As part of the commemoration, a short documentary film highlighting the foundation of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial was presented to the students. CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION - 2023>

                                                              

  Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Rangat, joyously celebrated Children's Day on 14th November .India’s  First Prime Minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru was born on 14th November as he liked the children, this day is being celebrated as “ Children’s Day”.  Our honorable Principal  Shri Ch. Shanmuga  Rao offered floral tribute to the great leader . The program began with a wonderful speech by  Miss Sila Das (Teacher). Kritika Paul of class VI presented a speech on Jawaharlal Nehru, followed by a harmonious group song performed by our talented students of class VII.


The program  continued with an enchanting patriotic dance presented by  K Hansha & Group ( C- VI). Bristi Biswas , of class II ,  charmed everyone with her speech on Chacha Nehru. Kyna Halder & and Diti Biswas of C-IV  showcased beautiful solo performances.

Aditi from class V  added grace with a beautiful dance, and                                                                                                                                                               Rishikesh of C-V

 performed a soulful patriotic song. Shazzil Ahmed, Shiza Aziz, Bhoomika, and Arnab Halder from classes VI to VIII delivered speeches on 'Jawaharlal Nehru'

 

The program was concluded with the offering of flowers to the portrait of Chacha Nehru.
