REPORT ON OBSERVATION OF SAMADHI DIWAS OF MANN EKNATH JI*

On the harmonious morning hours of 22nd August 2026 at about 8 : 50 am, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT observed the Samadhi Diwas of Mann *EKNATH RAMAKRISHNA RANADE*,a social activist and a man behind VIVEKANANDA ROCK MEMORIAL KANYAKUMARI with serenity and dedication.

* The observation commenced with the brief introduction about Mann EKNATH ji and his tremendous contribution towards the construction of Rock Memorial by one of our senior teachers Shri *PRASANTA BEPARI*.

* Followed by the introduction, children from Class IX dedicated the song *Hum Anuyayi Eknath ki.........*.

* The programme came to a conclusion at about 9 : 20 am with the offerings of flowers under the holy feet of Mann EKNATHji's Portrait.

* The whole observation was organised by Rani Laxmibai House .

* Altogether 35 children along with 15 staff took part in the observation.










REPORT ON CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME BY SHRI RAVINDRA GODBOLE JI*

On 19th August 2026, a productive and rejuvenating Capacity Building Programme was organised at VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT by Shri *RAVINDRA GODBOLE JI*, Master of Metallurgical Engineering, a Resource Person from Pune.The main objectives of the programme were to enhance observation skills among children by connecting activities based on NCERT with sense Organs and to make classroom teaching more interactive and child-centred by using toys and play based resources. The programme was conducted in *Two sessions*.

The *First Session* was exclusively meant for science teachers. 

* The session focused on *Observation Skill* - an important Scientific skill based on our five senses—touch, smell, taste, sight, and sound.

* During the session, Respected *Ravindra Godbole ji* explained how observation skills can be effectively developed among the children by connecting activities with the NCERT contents being taught. 

* A hands-on activity was also conducted based on the five senses, which helped teachers understand practical ways of developing observation skills among students.

* In the morning session *SMTI M. SUDEVI & MR. ANAND RAO* actively took part.

* The session was actually an interactive and fruitful one the Science teachers.

* The *Second Session* was organised in the School Auditorium for all teachers at about 12:30 pm.

* The session Commenced with a Spiritual note with three Omkaras and Sahana Bhavatu followed by the Introduction session by the HOI. 

* Respected Ravindra Godbole ji, briefly explained about the objective of the session. He explained about the importance of using *Toys as Teaching Aids* as children naturally have the intuition towards toys.

* After the explanation, two videos were projected based on the topic *Building an Automated and Complicated Automated Toy*. He asked the teachers to observe the concept.

* After the projection, he very patiently interacted with the teachers to ensure any doubts regarding toy making.Then he demonstrated about effective and proper handling and placement of tools during toy making. 

* This was followed by a practical session where teachers worked in pairs , explored different ways of using toys as teaching aids across various subjects.

* After that, teachers shared their experiences such as concept used, problem faced and practical application etc.

* Overall the Capacity Building Programme was very fruitful and informative as it was a practical platform for the teachers to explore creativity & critical thinking along with Communication and Collaboration. 

* The session came to a conclusion at about 3:30 pm after a small feedback session and Shanti Path.

* A total of 16 teachers strengthened their professional skills.

REPORT ON 80TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION OF JAGAT JANANI "BHARAT MAATA"*

 * On the tranquil and vibrant morning hours of 15th August 2026, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT celebrated the 80th Independence Day of our Bharat , a Punya Bhoomi,with immense enthusiasm, pride, and a deep sense of patriotic spirit.

* The entire campus was beautifully decorated with tricolour flags & naturally available flowers. 

* The programme commenced with the morning gathering at 6:15 a.m., where students & staff assembled in large numbers, filled with excitement.

* The celebration moved ahead with the Prabhat Pheri at 6:15 am and the surrounding was echoed with patriotic naras & inspiring slogans creating an atmosphere charged with national pride and unity. 

* The rhythmic chants echoed the message of freedom, discipline, and respect for the nation.

* After Prabhat Pheri, the celebration continued with the soulful and melodious rendition of *"Vande Mataram"*, which filled everyone with emotion and reverence. 

* This was followed by the dignified hoisting of the National Flag by the Head of the Institution.As the tricolour unfurled proudly in the sky, the National Anthem was sung in unison with great respect and pride, marking a moment of collective patriotism.

*CULTURAL EXTRAVAGANZA AT SCHOOL AUDITORIUM*

* Following the formal ceremony, the students presented a vibrant and well-coordinated cultural programmes in the School Auditorium. It included patriotic songs, energetic dances (by primary Class Goys & Girls) thought-provoking speeches by the teacher(by Miss *SUDIPA MONDAL* )and the students ( by *Kr . AYAAN DEY*( C- II, *Kri AKANSHA HALDER* C- III , *Mr. VEDANSH MISHRA* , C- V) highlighted India’s freedom struggle and the values of national integration. 

* Each performance was met with loud applause and appreciation from the audience.

* The special highlight of the programme was the attire of *"NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE"* by Class II student - *Kr. SATYAJIT BHATTACHARYA*.

* He dressed up as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and enthusiastically participated in the programme, adding patriotic spirit and enthusiasm to the event.”

* A heartfelt speech & vote of thanks by the Head of the Institution *SHRI CH SHANMUGA RAO*, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed for making the celebration a grand success, leaving behind a strong sense of pride and patriotism in every heart.

* The programme concluded on a joyful note with Shanti Path & distribution of sweets to all students and staff, symbolizing happiness and togetherness. 

* A total of 21 staff along with 137 students witnessed the celebration.

CBSE CLASS X TOPPERS 2025-2026

 CBSE RESULTS FOR CLASS X - 2025-2026

 Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalayas always believe in enhancing pupils'academic skills & fostering their Enthusiasm. The CBSE academic results for Class X have been announced, and we are proud to present the list of the top-performing students. Their dedication, consistency, and hard work have set a high standard for academic excellence.A total of 17 Students, appeared for the board exam. Overall 12  students got" First Division" & secured marks between "60% - 91.8 %". The overall pass percentage is 100%.The Principal, Shri CH. Shanmuga Rao , congratulated all the students for their success and thanked the teachers for their hard work and dedication.The Class X results reflect the hard work of students and the support provided by teachers and parents. We congratulate all toppers and wish them continued success in their academic journey.

AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ON CHILD PROTECTION

  Resource persons from DCPU(DISTRICT CHILD PROTECTION UNIT) N & M Andaman,along with Police department and social welfare department visited VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA, RANGAT on 27th July  2026.The purpose of their visit was to create awareness among children about child abuse, Child marriage and adolescence education. One of the resource persons from child protection unit explained interestingly about how to protect ourselves from unwanted physical and social threats. The session covered child protection, the POCSO Act, good touch and bad touch, Child Helpline 1098, cyber safety, safe use of social media, and the harmful effects of mobile phone addiction, online gaming, substance abuse, and peer pressure. Students actively participated in the interactive session by asking questions and clearing their doubts. They were encouraged to report abuse and cybercrime without fear, use social media responsibly, seek help from trusted adults, and maintain healthy habits and a positive lifestyle.

Children from class IV to C- IX along with 7 teachers witnessed the awareness program.
















GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATION 2026

 On the auspicious morning hours of 29th July 2026 ,at about 10:30 am ,VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT celebrated Guru Purnima, a sacred festival celebrated to express gratitude, respect and reverence towards gurus, with great veneration, solemnity , and enthusiasm.

* The programme aimed to honour the invaluable role of teachers and to instil in students the values of gratitude, respect, discipline, and lifelong learning.

SHRI PREMANANDA BACHAR SMC Chairman, SHRI S.N APPA RAO, SMC Vice Chairman & SMC Members ,SHRI SUNIL KUMAR, SHRI DEEPAL MONDAL & SMTI PAYAL, graced the occasion as Guests. 

*HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CELEBRATION:*

*The celebration featured with the following activities.

* INAUGURAL CEREMONY:*

* After the warm welcome of Guests & dignitaries in a traditional way,the celebration commenced with lighting of the lamp along with Eikkiya Mantra.

*SPEECHES HIGHLIGHTING THE EVENT:*

* *Smti .BINDU K* one of our senior teachers, addressed the gathering with an inspiring message. She emphasized the importance of discipline, learning, and the deep respect that students should hold for their mentors throughout life. 

*MR ABHINIT MONDAL* of Class IX , also presented a speech, highlighting the importance of the day.

*CULTURAL EXTRAVAGANZA:*

Students captivated the audience through Guru Bhajan and elegant dance performances dedicated to the noble role of teachers.

*FELICITATION CEREMONY:*

The programme reached a proud moment when the CBSE Board toppers were felicitated for their outstanding academic performance.

* Class X Toppers of CBSE examination 2025 - 26 (MR ARNAV GUHA - 90.33%, MR SAKIB AHMED- 87.67% and MISS MAHIBAH AKBAR - 87.33 %) were honoured with momentum. 

* Subject toppers were also felicitated with momentum by the Principal & SMC Members.

*VOTE OF THANKS & CONCLUSION:*

* The celebration concluded at around 11: 20 am with a vote of thanks by the Principal *SHRI CH SHANMUGA RAO* ,followed by "Shanti Path" & floral tribute to " Om Kar", our Primary & Spritual Guru.

* The entire celebration was a soulful tribute to the Gurus and served as a reminder of their selfless role in nation-building and character development.

* A total of 203 (20 Staff, 177 Students, 1 parent & 5 SMC Members) people graced the occasion with their presence.

MAHA SAMADHI DIWAS OF SWAMI VIVEKANANDA


To pay homage to the great spiritual reformer, Swami Vivekananda.

* On the tranquil and serene morning hours of 4th July 2026 at about 9:00 am, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT observed the *MAHA SAMADHI DIWAS* of SWAMI VIVEKANANDA, a great Spiritual leader and social Reformer in the school Auditorium.

* The program commenced with a brief introduction about the importance of today's observation followed by the floral tribute by the Head of the Institution. 

* Soon after, Staff and Children from Balvatika - I to Class X paid homage by offering flowers under the holy feet of Swami Vivekananda's cut out.

* The observation came to a conclusion at about 9:20 am.

* Altogether 150 students and 13 teachers and 3 bhaiya witnessed the observation.
