CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION- 2024

 CHILDREN'S DAY  is celebrated in our Bharat as a tribute to its First Prime Minister, *Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Fondly known as *Chacha Nehru* among children, he advocated for children to have fulfilled education. Nehru considered children,as the real strength of a nation and foundation of society. The nation usually celebrates Children’s Day with educational and motivational programs held across India by and for the Children. By keeping the above in concern , VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT celebrated Children's Day  on 14 th November 2024 with great bomp and gaiety.  The program began with lighting up the lamp and offering flowers by the honourable principal Ch Shanmuga Rao. After that,one of our teachers, Smti Manju delivered a wonderful moral story . Then the blossoming buds of  kindergarten,presented an amazing dance performance for the song  Aaj Mangal Waar hai............ Subsequently children from other classes also performed mesmerizing dances. After that, some boys  from " Khasi House " presented a very humorous skit which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. At last the program was terminated by offering flowers by all. The whole program was organized by Khasi House.A total of 157      people witnessed the program.



ARISE!AWAKE! AN EXHIBITION ON SWAMI VIVEKANANDA -( JIGYAASA)2024

 VIVEKANANDA KENDRA VIDYALAYA RANGAT organized the "ARISE!AWAKE!AN EXHIBITION ON SWAMI VIVEKANANDA" & ARTS, MATHS ,SCIENCE & CRAFT EXHIBITION(JIGYAASA) on 19th November 2024 ,to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mann Eknath Ranade, the founder of Vivekananda Kendra Kanya Kumari & Vivekananda  Rock Memorial. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri APPA RAO,AE- II, CD -I ,APWD ,Rangat in presence of Shri DIPANKAR MANDAL, Vice- Chairman, SMC, & Shri NIMAI CHANDRA PAIK, Vice president PTA and Smti  Sundari, one of the well wishers.  The exhibition featured  with diverse projects, including models demonstrating the water purification which was inspired by the chief Guest , pollution management, Math Problem-Solving Puzzles, Mathematical models demonstrating the concept of trigonometry and infinity etc.  In addition to the scientific displays, language-themed and craft room showcased Models and Cutouts and various handmade things made by the students.

To provide insight into school-driven activities, the last room featured  with a projector presentation. Parents from all classes enthusiastically attended the exhibition, enjoying the diverse displays alongside their families. The exhibition concluded at 2:30 pm, marking a successful and engaging event for students, parents, and the entire school community. A total of 350 people witnessed the event.
